Everlong Dapoxetine 60mg Tablets contain dapoxetine, a short-acting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) used on demand for the treatment of premature ejaculation (PE) in adult men. Dapoxetine works on serotonin pathways involved in ejaculation and may help improve ejaculatory control and increase the time before ejaculation.
Dapoxetine is designed for use when needed rather than as a daily treatment. The usual recommended starting dose is 30mg, while 60mg may be prescribed for men who do not respond adequately to 30mg and tolerate it without significant side effects.
